The woman approached HRDV on whatsapp pretending to be a Zimbabwe police officer wanting to help arrest Tafadzwa.She introduced herself as Carol .Investigations by HRDV and a concerned Zimbabwean established that she is Caroline Fusai Mupemhi. Her intention it seems was to be given money since HRDV had offered to “part with some money to enable you to act on this issue swiftly”.
